Key Responsibilities
- Support the evaluation and financial analysis of large-scale infrastructure and investment projects.
- Develop and maintain project finance models including cash flow projections scenario analysis and financial forecasts.
- Analyze project assumptions costs timelines risks and commercial viability.
- Assist with investment proposals feasibility studies and funding applications.
- Collaborate with engineering finance legal and commercial teams to assess project opportunities.
- Perform market research and industry analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and investment committees.
- Monitor project performance against financial and operational expectations.
Education
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical Civil Industrial Electrical or related field).
- Additional qualifications in Finance Economics Investments or Business will be advantageous.
- 13 years experience in engineering consulting infrastructure energy construction or a related environment.
- Exposure to financial analysis cost modelling feasibility studies or commercial assessments is beneficial.
- Strong interest in transitioning into project finance and investment analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to work with large datasets and financial models.
- Ability to interpret technical information and translate it into commercial insights.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
