Recruitment Consultant
- Lead and manage the E&I engineering team to deliver high-quality design development and testing of electrical and instrumentation systems.
- Oversee the project lifecycle from concept through to commissioning ensuring compliance with safety quality and industry standards.
- Provide technical expertise in OEM equipment design integration and fabrication.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical process and project engineering departments.
- Review and approve engineering designs drawings and specifications.
- Implement and uphold engineering best practices standards and quality control measures.
- Support project management activities including resource planning budgeting and scheduling.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (BEng/BTech preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years experience in electrical and instrumentation engineering within an industrial environment.
- Proven leadership experience in a senior engineering role.
- In-depth knowledge of OEM equipment design and fabrication.
- Solid understanding of project management principles and practices.
- Strong proficiency in designing developing and testing electrical systems instrumentation and control systems.
- Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills.
Advantageous:
- Project Management Certification (PMP/Prince2 or similar).
- Experience in managing multi-disciplinary engineering projects.
- Familiarity with relevant industry codes standards and regulatory requirements.
