Experience:

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop high-quality applications Core and C#
- Lead the architecture and development of scalable software solutions
- Drive coding standards best practices and CI/CD processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex performance and scalability challenges
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful solutions
- Mentor and support developers within the team
- Research and implement new technologies and development approaches
- Contribute to technical roadmaps and long-term strategic planning
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field
- 10 years of software development experience
- At least 7 years of hands-on experience technologies
- Strong knowledge Core MVC/Web API Entity Framework and C#
- Solid understanding of software architecture and design patterns
- Experience with performance optimisation scalability and security best practices
- Exposure to DevOps practices CI/CD pipelines and Docker
- Experience with Blazor MAUI would be highly advantageous
- Knowledge of HTML CSS JavaScript React or Angular is beneficial
- Proven leadership and mentoring experience
