Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and energetic Customer Onboarding Coordinator to join our clients this role you will be responsible for managing the customer onboarding process collection and verification of onboarding documents and maintaining accurate client records.

Job Description:
- Manage and control all inventory movements including products and consumables
- Conduct regular stock takes and ensure accurate stock records
- Investigate and resolve stock variances and discrepancies
- Prepare weekly and monthly inventory reports and analysis
- Identify trends and provide insights on stock performance
- Support plant management with stock-related financial information
- Ensure accurate documentation and coordination with the creditors team
- Supervise stock take teams and maintain effective team performance
- 2 years experience in client engagement/ customer services/ project administration/ coordination
- Knowledge of FICA KYC AML and POPIA requirements NON-NEGOTIABLE
- High attention to detail
- Able to manage high volumes
- Strong communication skills
- Matric experience
- Certificate/ Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration/ Finance/ Compliance/ or related HIGHLY ADVANATGEOUS
