Job Overview:

As CRM Manager you will lead the strategy and execution of services for 3-5 ecommerce clients. The foundation of your role will be creating strategies communicating with clients executing within Klaviyo and managing the projects to ensure we are delivering on our promises and exceeding expectations.

Overview of core responsibilities

  • Creating a Retention Marketing Strategy for 3-5 Ecommerce clients
  • Creating content calendars sending schedules and segmentation strategies
  • Creating automation maps flow plans building these in Klaviyo
  • Creating additional strategies to maximise client retention including Messenger SMS Loyalty programs and others
  • Communicate effectively with clients presenting reports and strategy
  • Campaigns flows and technical execution within Klaviyo
  • Managing a creative team to ensure we deliver quality content on time
  • Handle copywriting for our clients with support of our AI Content Creation Suite
  • Working with the Client Success team to ensure high client satisfaction and maximize client retention
  • Working with the CS team to deliver additional services to clients over key trading periods (For Example Black Friday).

Qualifications:

  • Experience in account and project management
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Communication Business or related field (preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on clarity.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple accounts.
  • Proficient in email marketing tools and knowledgeable in best practices.
  • Self-starter and avid learner!
