Duties & Responsibilities
Manage and oversee end-to-end warehouse operations to ensure efficiency accuracy and service delivery excellenceLead motivate and manage a workforce of 300 employees including supervisors and team leadersEnsure effective labour management including workforce planning productivity monitoring and cost controlOversee and enforce warehouse security management and risk mitigation processesImplement and manage risk management strategies to safeguard assets and operationsConduct and compile investigation reports on incidents losses or breachesEnsure strict adherence to SLAs KPIs and client expectationsDrive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise productivity and reduce operational costsMaintain compliance with health safety and security standardsManage time and attendance systems and ensure workforce accountabilityConduct disciplinary processes including chairing hearings and managing on-site disciplineBuild and maintain strong client relationships with Woolworths stakeholdersMonitor analyse and report on operational performance
