Job Title: Construction Supervisor
Location: Rustenburg
Job Type: 12 month contract expected to work Full-Time hours (Onsite)
Job Duties:
o Site Contractor Management
o Safety compliance
o Planning & Scheduling
o Team Management (lead and motivate assign tasks monitor performance providing guidance and support)
o Resource management (manage resources including personnel and materials equipment)
o Budget Control
o Risk management
o Quality control / assurance
o Problem solving
o Stakeholder Management
Required Qualifications:
o Matric with maths and Science
o Trade red seal or Sect 24D with proof of modules completed
o Practical experience managing projects in a Metallurgical Plant
Experience:
10 years of experience as a Construction Supervisor
