A forwardthinking multisite organisation is seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) / IT Manager (BI Stack) to lead a highimpact digital transformation and build a modern scalable technology ecosystem.
In this strategic role youll define and execute the technology vision driving automation realtime insights and scalable growth. Youll act as the central authority on data and architecture while building internal capability and delivering meaningful business outcomes.
Ideal for a handson technology leader who thrives on ownership impact and driving change at scale.
WHAT YOU WILL BE BUILDING
- A comprehensive digital transformation roadmap aligned to business strategy
- A cloudfirst architecture replacing legacy/manual processes
- A centralised data platform serving as a single source of truth
- Integrated systems across core business functions (finance operations payroll etc.)
- Realtime dashboards and reporting capabilities for decision support

OUR REQUIRED EXPERTISE
- 8 years experience in technology leadership roles
- Proven success in leading digital transformation and cloud adoption initiatives
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP)
- Solid background in data architecture engineering and integrations (SQL APIs ETL)
- Exposure to business intelligence tools (e.g: Power BI or similar)
- Experience integrating complex systems into unified environments
- Strong understanding of governance security and compliance frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
- Experience building and leading highperforming crossfunctional teams
- Ability to operate effectively in fastpaced evolving environments
Qualification:
Degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Technology or equivalent experience
