Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present high-quality dishes in line with luxury lodge standards
  
• Support kitchen operations and food service delivery
  
• Assist in training mentoring and developing junior staff
  
• Maintain strict hygiene health and safety standards
  
• Contribute to menu planning and presentation detail
  
• Assist with stock control ordering and minimising wastage
  
• Monitor food trends and support menu innovation
  
• Ensure compliance with dietary cultural and religious requirements
  
• Assist in implementing SOPs and kitchen administration
  

Minimum Requirements

• 3 years experience in a five-star kitchen environment
  
• Formal culinary qualification and food hygiene certification
  
• Strong multitasking ability and ability to perform under pressure
  
• Solid knowledge of stock control and kitchen procedures
  
• Leadership potential with ability to train and mentor staff
  
• Understanding of food trends and luxury dining expectations
  
• Knowledge of dietary and religious requirements
