Key responsibilities include:
Supporting and leading Social Care Workers and relief staff
Providing therapeutic child-centred care and role-modelling best practice
Overseeing case management care plans records and handovers
Supporting the supervision induction and development of staff
Coordinating shifts and supporting the effective day-to-day running of the residential centre
Maintaining safeguarding health & safety and organisational standards
Working collaboratively with young people families and other professionals
Providing calm and professional leadership in challenging situations
