Duties & Responsibilities
Key responsibilities:
- Margin profitability and performance analysis across the business
- Supporting budgeting and forecasting cycles
- Business partnering with operational and senior stakeholders
- Turning data into meaningful commercial insights and recommendations
- Driving improvements in reporting systems and processes (ERP exposure such as SAP advantageous)
- Enhancing financial efficiency and decision-making tools
Requirements:
- CA(SA) qualification
- 23 years post-articles experience
- Experience within a retail or stock-driven environment (essential preference)
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical capability
- Exposure to systems reporting or process improvement initiatives
- Team management experience is advantageous
