What you will be doing:
- LMS Product Ownership: Master the Learning Management System to translate academic needs into product features and roadmap strategies.
- Write detailed backlogs and test cases in Jira/Confluence guiding developers through complex design requirements.
- Design test strategies for new implementations and migrations focusing on functional integrity and user experience.
- Lead client discovery demos and data migrations to ensure successful platform adoption.
- Troubleshoot high-level support issues and analyse data trends to drive proactive product enhancements.
What our client is looking for:
- 2 years of Business Analysis experience with formal requirements training and Agile/Scrum expertise.
- Deep understanding of educational administration and hands-on experience with LMS or ERP solutions.
- A strong grasp of the SDLC and business process design specifically for custom client systems.
- Exceptional communication the ability to simplify complex info and a high degree of self-management.
- A resourceful "get things done" attitude that thrives in fast-paced scaling environments.
