Job Summary
Are you a professionally driven Building Services Engineer looking to work on diverse commercial and industrial projects Join a respected consulting engineering environment where youll take ownership of multidisciplinary building services projects from concept through to completion while working alongside an experienced technical team.
Job Description:
- Lead the design and delivery of building services engineering projects
- Prepare engineering calculations designs and technical documentation
- Coordinate with architects contractors and project stakeholders
- Conduct site inspections and provide technical support during construction
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and engineering best practices
- Manage project programmes budgets and client expectations
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to project success
Skills & Experience:
- 5 years experience within a Building Services Consulting environment
- Strong building services design experience essential
- Proven project management and client liaison experience
- Proficient in AutoCAD Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently
Qualification:
- BEng / BSc in Engineering
- ECSA Registration (PrEng or eligible to register) advantageous
