ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

Basic experience with Document Template development solutions

Experience in IT application SDLC process

Basic experience with XML Xpath

Basic programming experience in languages such as Perl scripting

Basic experience in Unix scripting

Experience in interpreting and creating user requirement specifications

Basic experience with Linux servers Experience in IT architectures based on Unix/Linux OS

Strong analytical skills

ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS:

Basic knowledge of Output Management solutions On Unix/Linux systems

Basic experience or working knowledge of Customer Communication Management Solutions

Document Composition with StreamServe/Exstream

Document Template development Design Centre and StoryTeller

Spooling Systems i.e. VPSX Experience with scVenus Tool

Basic Knowledge of the following:

SAP Output Management

Database technologies - Oracle / PostgreSQL

Encryption Technologies

Printer and printer languages (PCL PS ZPL)

Business processes requiring enterprise output management

Knowledge of ITSM Solutions specifically BMC Remedy Ticketing tool

Chinese speaking beneficial for collaboration with the China costumers

Duties & Responsibilities

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Shadow and work under the guidance of senior developers to gain the necessary expertise to become acontributing member of the team.
Once onboarded and trained the responsibilities will be:
Template Development Maintenance and Support using OpenText ExStream Software
Application Document Composition requirements of the Enterprise Output Management solution KWOM
Using the following Tools:
OpenText ExStream Communications Server
OpenText ExStream Control Centre
OpenText Design Centre
OpenText PageOut
OpenText StoryTeller

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

Educational Background: - Bachelors degree or Diploma in Computer Science Information Technology or a
related field.
Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
