Assistant Team Coordinator

Job Summary
Purpose of the Role:
To provide comprehensive administrative operational project coordination and financial support to the team ensuring the efficient execution of business activities projects and reporting requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate day-to-day operational activities and maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Assist with planning tracking and reporting on projects including schedules deliverables and stakeholder communication.
- Prepare meeting agendas minutes and action logs and follow up on outstanding items.
- Support budgeting invoice processing expense reconciliation and financial reporting activities.
- Monitor project expenditures and assist in maintaining cost controls.
- Liaise with internal departments suppliers and clients to facilitate seamless operations and project delivery.
- Develop and maintain dashboards spreadsheets and reports to support decision-making.
- Provide general administrative support to the team as required.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration Finance Project Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in an administrative operations project coordination or finance support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel; experience with ERP or project management systems is advantageous.
