Our client is seeking an experienced Administrative Supervisor to manage and take ownership of branch administration financial processes and stock control. This role is suited to a structured detail-orientated and dependable individual with strong ERP stock control and administrative supervision experience.
Key Responsibilities
Managing branch administration financial processes and stock control.
Supervising administrative staff to ensure efficient and accurate performance.
Ensuring compliance with company policies procedures and statutory requirements.
Completing and submitting daily weekly and monthly reports accurately and timeously.
Maintaining fleet descriptions and grading details on the ERP system.
Ensuring customer documents agreements and payments are in place before dispatch.
Managing billing processes including pre-billing escalations credit notes and off-hire notices.
Maintaining accurate billing records and resolving internal client debtor and supplier queries.
Ensuring stock counts are completed accurately and updated on the ERP system.
Processing delivery return and purchase order documentation within agreed time frames.
Maintaining and reconciling relevant accounts monthly.
Supporting SHEQ compliance and maintaining good housekeeping standards.
Requirements
Matric / Grade 12.
Diploma or Degree in Stock Control Logistics or Administration.
Minimum 3 years relevant experience.
ERP and MS Office package skills.
Supervisory experience or skills.
Experience in stock control billing reporting and administrative process management.
