About the role
We are looking for an experienced Administration Consultant to join our professional services this role you will lead administrative strategy streamline operational processes and provide high-level advisory. You will be the go-to expert for complex administrative challenges driving efficiency and best-practice adoption across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Advise clients and senior leadership on administrative processes governance frameworks and operational best practices
- Assess redesign and implement administrative systems and workflows to improve efficiency and compliance
- Lead and mentor junior administrative staff fostering a high-performance team culture
- Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
- Develop and maintain documentation policies and standard operating procedures
- Liaise with cross-functional teams vendors and external stakeholders to coordinate business operations
- Identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies to protect operational continuity
- Prepare executive-level reports presentations and briefings
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in administration operations or a related consulting role
- Proven track record of delivering process improvement initiatives in a corporate environment
- Strong project management skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage at executive level
- High proficiency in MS Office Suite and enterprise tools (e.g. ERP CRM platforms)
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities with sound judgement and minimal supervision
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Business Administration Management or equivalent
