s the midyear point approaches and winter settles in many accounting professionals are quietly evaluating their career trajectories not out of urgency but out of a desire for meaningful growth.
I am currently establishing connections with finance professionals across Gauteng who are open to discussing the markets direction or exploring a strategic midyear transition. This is not an active immediate vacancy but rather a proactive talent search tailored for individuals with strong technical fundamentals who want their financial expertise to actively guide business decisions.
This initiative is designed less around immediate applications and more around uncovering unique unadvertised opportunities in the market.

Background & Skills of Interest:
- BCom / BCom Honours / SAIPA / CIMA / CA(SA) or similar
- Experience in an Accountant or similar finance role
- Strong exposure to Excel and ERP systems
- Solid understanding of financial reporting and controls
- A mindset that goes beyond processing thinking questioning improving
- Industry exposure wide open
