Business Process Development Specialist

• Translate supply chain business needs into clear practical process requirements and improvement actions.
• Analyze current processes identify inefficiencies and implement sustainable root-cause solutions.
• Drive process standardization and global alignment between SCM operations procedures and ERP capabilities.
• Develop update and maintain SCM procedures guidelines and training materials for global users.

• Support training change management and communication to ensure adoption of updated SCM processes across the organization.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Engineering Business Process Management or a related field.
• 5 years of supply chain experience with strong project management and multi-initiative coordination skills.
• Solid understanding of process improvement problem solving and quality management systems such as ISO 9001.
• Strong communication stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills across functions and levels.
• Change-oriented technology-curious and committed to continuous learning and improvement.

Compensation

Basic wage component (gross): 2600 EUR/month

This amount is our minimum offered salary. Compensation is determined based on your level skills experience and qualifications.
