Senior HRIS Specialist

• Lead HRIS implementation including business requirements testing process readiness and current system decommissioning.
• Manage HR data migration cleansing validation reconciliation cutover and parallel run activities.
• Ensure HR data quality master-data standards and seamless integration between HRIS IFS and Papaya.
• Translate HR process requirements into system solutions maintain process documentation and adapt workflows.
• Collaborate with IT OneERP Shared Services and People & Culture teams to support rollouts and acquisitions.

Qualifications :

• 6 years experience in HRIS/ERP business analysis (e.g. Workday SAP IFS) and system implementations; University degree in a relevant field
• Proven track record in HR system migrations legacy system decommissioning and data reconciliation.
• Strong expertise in HR master data data quality integrations and interface management.
• Ability to bridge HR and IT translate business requirements into system solutions and document processes.
• Fluent English required; additional languages and payroll system experience are a plus.

• Compensation

  Basic wage component (gross): 2800 EUR/month

  This amount is our minimum offered salary. Compensation is determined based on your level skills experience and qualifications.
