About the Role:
- Assist in responding to RFPs related to transition and transformation services;
- Assist in the preparation design develop program management of transition and transformation protocols processes and outcomes and;
- Assist in the preparation of detailed project plans and programs which can be used to manage and benchmark Transition and Transformation activities down to individual task and activity level and to manage performance against these plans once approved / ratified for execution and;
- Identify potential risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies;
- Assist with the delivery of the transition and transformation activities;
- Manage personal inputs priorities and outputs as needed to meet deadlines and delivery dates per agreed schedule and program and;
- Constantly deliver high quality accurate and value rich outputs according to expectation of the manager and;
- Consistently demonstrate teamwork and experience as a workplace and facilities management subject matter expert and;
- Manage relationships with both internal and external customers clients prospects contractors consultants and other stakeholders in a constantly professional and result orientated fashion and;
- Undertake other related duties and responsibilities as may from time to time be negotiated and assigned by the manager and;
- Continuously represent yourself and Cushman & Wakefield both internally and externally as a qualified capable and experienced real estate workplace and facilities management services provider.
About You:
Diploma/ NITEC in Facilities Management Engineering Real Estate Project Management Business or a related discipline.
2-3 years of experience in facilities management workplace transformation project coordination transition management or a related field.
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and support project delivery within timelines.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively with clients consultants contractors and internal teams.
Proactive detail-oriented and solution-driven individual with strong analytical skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
