Role Overview

As a Talent Consultant you will play a pivotal role in sourcing screening and placing candidates for our clients across various industries. This role is designed for individuals who thrive on flexibility and independence while delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and create tailored recruitment strategies.
• Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels to source high-quality candidates including job boards LinkedIn and personal networks.
• Screening and Shortlisting: Conduct initial candidate assessments to ensure alignment with client requirements.
• Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with candidates and clients acting as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment process.
• Placement Management: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process ensuring seamless coordination between clients and candidates.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends talent market dynamics and best practices to add value to the recruitment process.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Recruitment or Talent acquisition
• Strong understanding of the HR landscape in various industries and talent markets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and results-driven.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter).
• Possess a valid Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) and work authorization in Singapore
