Ensure material availability inventory accuracy and efficient logistics operations to support uninterrupted production and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage receiving storage issuance movement and traceability of materials in accordance with operational and customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure effective stock control through regular monitoring and cycle counts.
• Lead daily warehouse operations including manpower deployment task allocation and workforce planning.
• Monitor and manage service level agreement (SLA) performance productivity and material flow efficiency.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies operational issues and process deviations.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety quality and operational procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory accuracy operational efficiency and service performance.
• Serve as the primary customer-facing contact for logistics inventory and operational matters.
• Prepare operational reports and performance updates for management and customers.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics Supply Chain Business or a related discipline.
• Approximately 3 years of experience in warehouse operations logistics inventory management or supply chain environments.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control warehouse operations and material management processes.
• Experience leading operational teams and coordinating daily workforce activities.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong problem-solving organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Good communication skills with the ability to engage customers and internal stakeholders effectively.
