Job Description
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage 1-2 very large programs connected across multiple applications Value Teams and Platform components to ensure that these programs stay on target and deliver business value quickly.
Drive business outcomes by providing focused updates on multiple projects across programs.
Serve as an individual contributor while actively influencing coaching and mentoring resources across various projects.
Develop and implement project management strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.
Monitor project progress identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope goals and deliverables.
Facilitate communication and coordination among project teams ensuring alignment and synergy.
Prepare and present project status reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project management team.
Ensure project costs are well managed and identify opportunities for efficiencies and cost savings.
Consistently review and report on project status
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in business Management or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in program/project management
Proven track record of managing large-scale projects.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to influence coach and mentor team members across various projects.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced agile environment.
Preferred
Masters degree in business administration (MBA) or a related field.
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
Experience with Agile and Lean methodologies.
Preferred experience with Veeva Vault CRM modern data platforms digital capabilities and AI-enabled solutions with an understanding of how these domains support enterprise transformation.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the pharmaceutical industry.
Experience in driving business outcomes through strategic project management.
Demonstrated ability to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
