Key Responsibilities
Define and implementNAND Flash reliability test flowsto assess product reliability performance and preventextrinsic/intrinsic reliability escapes.
Performhighvolumestatistical data analysisto evaluate NANDDPM/intrinsic reliability risks and trends.
Driveelectrical failure analysisincludingadvancecharacterization toidentifyroot causes and solution spaces.
Developshorttermcountermeasuressuch as targeted stresses and screens applying knowledge of digital/analog circuits device physics and process engineering.
Qualify the productwith innovative control measures toprovide best in ClassDPMand Cell reliability.
Collaborate closely withFab NAND Technology NAND Design Product Development System Development and Quality/Reliability teamsto develop solutions and enable shipment ofhighqualityend products.
Integrates AI-assisted toolsand insights into daily work to improve efficiency quality or effectivenessexercising sound judgment andcomplying withorganizational standards and legal requirements.
Contributes to a culture of continuous improvement byidentifying testing and sharingAI-enabledenhancementswithin ones scope of work.
Ability to apply baseline digital fluencyandroleappropriateAIliteracy to useAIenabledtools responsiblyand effectively for research analysis content creationproblemsolving operational tasks and achievingbusiness outcomes.
Support customer inquiries andprovidetechnical insightsrelated to product reliability.
Drive strategic initiativesto enhance the overall reliability program and influence the direction of future product development.
Qualifications And Skills:
Bachelorsdegree orMastersdegree withof relevant experience inElectrical Engineeringor related field
KnowledgeinSemiconductorReliability NANDTechnologyandElectrical FailureAnalysis.
UnderstandinginDesignDevice PhysicsCircuitsProcess.
Strong statistical analysis communication andproblemsolvingskills.
Experience withapplication of AI toolsLLMs data analysis tools (e.g.Python JMP Tableau).
Strong analytical andproblemsolvingskills.
Team player andself driver.
