Provide water and waste construction engineering support for semiconductor facility projects across the U.S. and Asia covering the full project lifecycle from design through commissioning and handover. This role ensures projects are delivered safely on time within budget and to required quality standards while supporting global consistency sustainability and operational excellence.
- Lead water and waste construction engineering across project lifecycle (design construction commissioning and handover)
- Drive delivery of large-scale fab projects in alignment with scope schedule cost and quality requirements
- Review and validate water wastewater and environmental system designs to ensure compliance with standards codes and project requirements
- Provide technical support to resolve construction installation and design issues
- Monitor construction progress and ensure timely resolution of technical challenges
- Support development of project cost estimates schedules and business justifications
- Coordinate consultants and contractors to ensure effective and aligned project execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (facilities procurement manufacturing operations IT) to ensure project alignment
- Communicate project updates risks and key decisions to stakeholders and leadership
- Identify and mitigate project risks proactively
- Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
- Contribute to development and standardization of Best Known Methods (BKMs)
- Support sustainability programs particularly water conservation waste reduction and environmental compliance
- Support capacity planning and infrastructure optimization across global sites
- Apply AI-assisted tools to improve engineering analysis system optimization and project execution efficiency
- Identify opportunities to leverage data and AI for enhanced decision-making and environmental system performance
- Share and adopt AI-enabled best practices to support continuous improvement
- Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering Mechanical Engineering Environmental Engineering Construction Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant engineering experience including at least 5 years supporting construction projects as a Water or Waste Engineer.
- Experience in designing water and wastewater systems engineering including treatment distribution and waste handling systems.
- Experience working in EPCM project environments.
- Expertise in construction project execution and project controls including cost schedule and risk management.
- Experience reviewing engineering designs and validating regulatory compliance requirements.
- Strong technical problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.

- Analytical thinking and decision-making capability
- Strong organizational and planning skills
