What this job involves:
This role sits within JLLs APAC Research Data Operations team and plays a key part in ensuring the quality consistency and reliability of property market data across more than 20 Asia Pacific markets. You will support the data that underpins JLLs research insights and client deliverables working closely withlocal marketResearch teams and internal stakeholders. The role offers strong exposure to largescale real estate datasets regional market dynamics and emerging AI and automation tools making it an excellent opportunity for a graduate interested in datadriven work and buildinga strong foundationin research operations.
What your day-to-day will look like:
Supporting Research teams across APAC with thetimelysubmission and validation of market data
Reviewing datasets toidentifymissing information inconsistencies or unusual trends and following up with teams to resolve issues
Assistingwith the preparation and management of quarterly data cycles using agreed standards and processes
Maintaining and updating databases and systems used to store and deliver research data to clientsand internal stakeholders
Monitoring key property market indicators andsense checkingdataagainst real estate fundamentals
Working with the APAC Data Operations Team Lead to test adopt and improve AI or automation tools that enhance data quality and efficiency
Documenting processes and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the data operations team
Required Qualifications:
Prior experience in data analysis and/or database management or experience in data research analytics or a related field
Bachelors degree inEconomicsData Science Statistics Mathematics or a related quantitative discipline
Strong attention to detail and an interest in working withdata intensiveprocesses
Ability to analyse informationidentifyissues and apply logicalproblem solving
Proficiencyin MS Excel including working with structured datasets
Fluency in English with clear written and verbal communication skill to collaborate effectively with regional stakeholders and research teams across APAC.
Ability to manage multiple tasks meet deadlines and work effectively in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of a programming language such as Python or a strong interest in learning it on the job
Familiarity with data visualisation or analytics tools (e.g.Power BI Tableau)
Experience checking orvalidatingdata quality
Interest in automation AI tools or improving data processes
