• We are seeking an experienced Application Maintenance Engineer to support the System for a long-term application maintenance and support engagement. The candidate will provide Level 2 and Level 3 support ensuring the availability stability performance and integrity of critical production and non-production environments.
• This role requires strong hands-on experience in the Microsoft technology stack system integration database support incident/problem management and production support operations. The candidate must be able to work onsite at the clients office (9am-6pm) and provide onsite support during major events as required.
• In addition the role is expected to provide end-to-end application maintenance services including incident investigation resolution management and bug fixes. The position requires solid technical expertise across a broad range of technologies including programming data streaming with Kafka database management with Oracle and domain knowledge in system integration using Oracle Service Bus (OSB) as well as related technologies such as SignalR and Redis.

• Knowledge and competency of Microsoft Technology C# WEB API MVC MVVM Entity Framework LINQ Kafka Signal R SSIS SSRS.

• Knowledge and familiarity of using Microsoft Technology Stack such as SCCM SCOM.
• Knowledge on Oracle Service Bus Message Flow Proxy Service Business Service XQueryXMLXSLT JMS SOAP REST WSDL Adapters and concepts of SOA development.
• Knowledge and competency of MSSQL Oracle DB from infrastructure and application perspective.
