Job Summary

As the Regional Business Controller (Digital Marketing & Communications) you are responsible for driving the regions financial digital channel development and driving strategies to optimize omni marketing budget spend whilst securing sustainable growth for COS.

You are an influential and critical leader supporting all the function stakeholders through proactive business controlling at the same time ensuring company corporate governance is followed.

This role report to Regional Brand Controller in the Singapore Regional office. 

What you will do:

  • Financial Planning & Performance Management: Own and drive financial planning budgeting forecasting and KPI setting for Regional Digital (Ecom) Marketing and Communications ensuring clear targets and actionable plans to deliver on growth profitability and efficiency objectives.

 

  • Marketing Investment & Omni Performance Optimization: Ensure effective allocation and optimisation of omni-channel marketing investments across the funnel driving online conversion traffic (online and stores) and overall return on investment while balancing brand and commercial outcomes.

 

  • Strategic Business Partnering & Alignment: Act as a key partner to Regional and Global stakeholders across Marketing Communications Ecom Merchandising and Customer Intelligence ensuring alignment on strategies priorities financial plans and performance outcomes

 

  • Governance Processes & Business Insights:Ensure strong financial governance compliance and adherence to corporate processes (including tenders) while providing data-driven insights KPI analysis and recommendations to support decision-making and continuous improvement.

 

  • Team Leadership & Capability Building:Lead and develop the regional Ecom controlling team strengthening financial acumen tools and ways of working while fostering a high-performing collaborative and people-first environment.

What you need to succeed

  • Strong understanding of P&L budgeting forecasting and performance drivers across digital and marketing functions.
  • Ability to translate data and trends into actionable strategies that drive growth profitability and brand impact.
  • Builds strong partnerships and effectively influences senior stakeholders across functions and regions.
  • Skilled in interpreting complex data identifying trends and providing clear actionable recommendations.
  • Ensures compliance accuracy and consistency in financial processes systems and reporting.
  • Demonstrates strong leadership coaching and capability building within a regional cross-market team.
  • Helps shape long-term brand strategy with a financial lens
  • Curious about consumer behavior and market shifts.

This is a full-time permanent role based in Singapore.
