R&D Packaging Manager

We are you passionate about packaging innovation sustainability and bringing new products to market

We are seeking an experienced Packaging Manager to lead packaging development across a diverse portfolio of food throughout the APAC region. This is a high-impact role where you will drive innovation sustainability initiatives packaging optimisation and technical excellence from concept through to commercialisation.

What Youll Do

• Lead packaging development for new product launches and innovation projects
• Drive sustainable packaging initiatives and recyclability improvements
• Support manufacturing trials commissioning and scale-up activities
• Deliver value engineering and cost optimisation programs
• Resolve packaging quality and performance challenges
• Partner with suppliers to identify new technologies and packaging solutions
• Collaborate closely with R&D Marketing Operations Quality and Supply Chain teams across APAC

What Were Looking For

• 6 years packaging experience within FMCG food manufacturing in particular
• Strong knowledge of packaging materials technologies and packaging development processes
• Experience leading cross-functional packaging projects from concept to launch
• Background in sustainable packaging packaging optimisation or packaging innovation
• Strong stakeholder management and project leadership skills
• Degree in Packaging Engineering Material Science or a related field
