Implement and oversee continuous improvement initiative to complaints investigation unit and quality operations
Study and understand the current workflow in complaints investigation unit and quality operations
Support complaints samples inventory management and disposal project
Perform data collation (e.g. process flow duration of process/steps etc.)
Organize and perform data analysis by creating simple programs
Prepare presentation slides/posters for the project
Participate in safety business compliance audits cGMP and all other compliance-related activities
Perform any other tasks assigned by manager.
Qualification & Job Requirements
Minimum educational qualification of diploma including but not limited to Biotechnology Chemistry or Pharmaceutical Sciences.
A good team player with ability to work independently
Innovative and self-motivated
Basic knowledge and application of Microsoft Office
Basic knowledge and application of data analysis tools (e.g. macros visual basic)
