Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Direct end to end planning scheduling and delivery of IT and cloud infrastructure projects across multiple business units.
- Formulate project budgets resource allocation plans and delivery timelines tracking progress against defined milestones.
- Coordinate with software engineers cloud architects and vendors to ensure alignment with technical requirements and project scope.
- Oversee procurement and management of licensing cloud services and third party vendor contracts required for project execution.
- Identify and manage project risks escalating issues promptly and implementing corrective action plans where needed.
- Utilise project management platforms such as Jira Confluence or Microsoft Project to track deliverables and report status.
- Monitor cloud migration deployment and infrastructure rollout activities to ensure adherence to project specifications.
- Facilitate communication and alignment between stakeholders development teams and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Compile and present project status reports risk assessments and cost summaries to senior management.
- Ensure all project activities comply with data governance security standards and applicable IT industry regulations.
Requirements
- Degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
- Min. 5 years of relevant experience in IT or cloud project management.
- Proficient in cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud and project management tools such as Jira or Microsoft Project.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to coordinate cross functional teams and translate technical requirements for non-technical audiences.
