Packaging Manager

• Oversee daily packaging production activities to ensure operational efficiency.
  
• Develop and execute production plans to meet output targets.
  
• Implement quality control measures across packaging processes.
  
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material availability.
  
• Lead train and supervise packaging teams to achieve performance goals.
  
• Optimize packaging costs while maintaining quality standards.
  
• Coordinate with supply chain and procurement teams for uninterrupted operations.
  
• Analyze production metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  

1. Production Planning Manage production schedules and resource allocation.

Typical requirement for a Packaging Manager role is 510 years of experience in packaging manufacturing or production environments. Candidates should possess experience managing packaging operations quality standards inventory and production teams.

• Minimum: Bachelors Degree in Engineering Manufacturing Supply Chain or related field (Typical)
  
• Preferred: Masters Degree in Operations Management or Supply Chain Management (Typical)
  
• Additional: Relevant certifications in Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma or Quality Management (Typical)
