Operations Executive
Job Summary
- Assign and distribute job orders to Cargo Officers in a timely and organised manner
- Coordinate closely with agents to manage bunker supplies and terminal loading schedules
- Develop and oversee daily job schedules to ensure smooth fleet operations
- Keep ship agencies regularly updated and maintain consistent communication for timely information exchange
- Organise and maintain filing systems records and databases to support operational accuracy
- Track vessel schedules and flag any deviations or delays to relevant stakeholders
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure operational requirements are met across the fleet
- Prepare and update operational reports for management review
- Monitor compliance with operational procedures and safety protocols
- Support ad hoc projects activities and administrative duties as required by the operations team
- Diploma or Degree in Maritime Studies Logistics Business Administration or a related field
- At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in shipping fleet operations or a similar logistics environment
- Familiarity with vessel scheduling bunker management and terminal loading processes
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage records and databases accurately
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to multitask and work independently in a fast paced environment

Required Skills:
Requirements Diploma in any discipline; prior experience in logistics or freight forwarding is an advantage. Strong communication customer service and problemsolving skills. Familiarity with logistics documentation such as Bills of Lading packing lists invoices permits and FTA certificates. Ability to work in a fastpaced detailoriented environment with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and willingness to work a 5.5day schedule. Clarence Khoh R
