We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Mechanical Supervisor in Singapore. Our client is a reputed organization in the Engineering / Industrial Services sector seeking skilled motivated professionals. If you meet the requirements below apply early as positions are limited.
- Supervise daily mechanical maintenance and repair activities.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
- Inspect mechanical equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
- Lead and guide technicians during maintenance projects.
- Troubleshoot equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and procedures.
- Maintain maintenance records and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with operations teams to minimize equipment downtime.
- Mechanical Maintenance Knowledge of industrial equipment maintenance.
- Equipment Troubleshooting Ability to diagnose mechanical failures.
- Team Supervision Experience leading maintenance personnel.
- Safety Compliance Understanding of industrial safety practices.
- Preventive Maintenance Planning and execution of maintenance programs.
- SAP/CMMS maintenance systems knowledge.
- Industrial plant maintenance experience.
- Root cause analysis techniques.
Typical requirement: 510 years of experience in mechanical maintenance plant operations or industrial engineering environments including supervisory responsibilities.
- Minimum: Diploma / Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Typical)
- Preferred: Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Additional: Safety or Maintenance Management Certifications
Required Skills:
Strong hands-on experience with AutoCAD Plant 3D and Navisworks. Proficiency in creating 3D models Piping Isometrics GA drawings and Piping -depth knowledge of Piping BOM MTO and Piping Material Specifications (PMS). Familiarity with piping support systems and basic understanding of stress analysis. Solid understanding of P&ID for boilers and power plants. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team interactions. Strong leadership abilities to manage and guide a team towards successful project completion.
Required Education:
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME) or Bachelors Degree in Engineering (BE) with a minimum of 8 years of experience in the design stream.
