Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update vetting documentation including HVPQ and Q88 systems.
- Monitor and record vessel compliance with IMO SOLAS MARPOL and internal safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate Ship-to-Ship (STS) transfer logistics and related staff visits.
- Track and record vessel casualties operational incidents and performance KPIs.
- Coordinate Oil Major terminal and internal vessel inspections.
- Dispatch and track Notices to Mariners and other regulatory circulars.
- Verify and process vessel and department service invoices.
- Maintain accurate department records correspondence and voyage documentation.
- Manage and update the maritime reference library and related resources.
- Provide operational and administrative support to the department including coordination of staff logistics.
Requirements
Requirements
- Diploma in Maritime Studies Logistics or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in port clearance tanker operations or offshore marine work preferred.
- Familiarity with port clearance systems and maritime regulatory portals is an advantage.
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
- Willingness and ability to board vessels as required.
