Responsibilities
Act as a trusted business partner change agent and coach to deliver practical business-focused HR solutions that support organizational objectives and peoples outcomes.
Conduct salary and benefits reviews in collaboration with Total Rewards ensuring compliance with HR policies CA and statutory requirements.
Build strong engagement with operations teams to identify and understand workforce priorities and business challenges and develop appropriate HR action plans.
Provide timely HR advisory and guidance to line managers on people-related matters.
Partner closely with HR Community of Excellence (COE) to drive operational excellence and deliver consistent high-quality HR services and processes.
Build strong working relationships and serve as a key HR point of contact for business leaders and internal stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen employee experience and support business objectives.
Support talent management initiatives including succession planning identification of high-potential employees and development of talent pipelines for critical roles.
Requirements
Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline with at least 12 years of relevant HR business partnering experience preferably in a unionised environment.
Well-versed in Industrial Relations practices and employment legislation.
Good understanding of the full spectrum of HR functions; experience in compensation and benefits or total rewards would be an advantage.
Passionate about people and partnering the business to drive HR transformation and organisational effectiveness.
Strong interpersonal communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across all levels of the organisation.
Meticulous process-oriented and results-driven with strong follow-through and execution capabilities.
Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Able to operate effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
