Logistics Coordinator (Short-term contract)

Labcorp is seeking a Logistics Coordinator (Short-term contract) to join our team in Singapore.

Job Responsibilities:

• Loading & managing shipper/consignee information and relevant transportation procedures.

• When applicable managing dry ice information accounts with providers and execute address changes as required.

• Document all transportation service failures resolve and escalate to management when appropriate resolution is incomplete.

• Support other Logistics functions with laboratory testing or pre-analytical or post-analytical requirements questions.

• Assist Administrators Analyst and management within the department with administrative tasks as assigned (e.g. Tracking and Tracing Shipments follow-ups KITs Work Order Status).

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree

Preferred Qualifications:

• Fluency in Japanese and English.

• Certification within the Supply Chain/Logistics.

Additional Job Standards:

• Ability to work independently

• Ability to use computer and office software applications (e.g. Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook)

• Strong verbal and written skills

• Attention to detail
