Role Overview The Lead - Network Solutions is a contract role (on-site in Singapore Science Park Drive) focused on owning managing and delivering end-to-end network infrastructure projects. This role uniquely combines traditional enterprise networking with AI/ML capabilities to modernize network footprint automate analysis and drive predictive network operations. You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions by coordinating with in-house resources global engineering offshore capacity groups and third-party vendors.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Lifecycle Delivery: Own network infrastructure requests from gathering requirements through implementation. Design solutions complying with client architectural standards and coordinate with Global Engineering for non-standard configurations.
AI/ML Integration & Observability: Partner with Data Science and Operations teams to build production-grade AI-enabled network models. Translate raw network telemetry into predictive insights and business metrics developing dashboards (e.g. Power BI) that capture ROI and uptime improvements.
Stakeholder & Resource Management: Supervise external vendors Regional Capacity teams and outsourced engineers. Maintain clear communication with regional and global business partners across multiple geographies.
Network Automation: Build deploy and integrate network automation workflows to continuously feed AI outputs into active automation pipelines.

Years of Experience
Minimum: 5 to 6 years of related enterprise networking and infrastructure planning/development experience.
Academic Background: Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience) preferably in Computer Science Telecommunications or Electrical Engineering.
Core Tech Stack
Enterprise Networking (Must have 2): SD-WAN Cisco Nexus switches WWAN IPAM F5/Load Balancers Anycast and routing protocols (EIGRP BGP).
Network Architecture & Mediums: Cloud LAN WAN Wireless and Telco circuit management.
Security & Segmentation: Firewalls Network segmentation and Zscaler integration.
Reporting Tools: Power BI or similar tools for telemetry visualization.
Certifications (Preferred): CCNA / CCNP.
Preferred Skills & Advantage
Candidates possessing the following backgrounds and specialized technical capabilities will be highly preferred:
Advanced Automation & Observability: Hands-on experience with automation platforms (such as Itential) and advanced monitoring or AI-driven operations tools like LogicMonitor and SelectorAI.
Industry Context: Previous experience in highly regulated global enterprise environments (with a strong preference for candidates with a background in the Healthcare or Pharmaceutical sectors).
AI Governance Knowledge: Understanding of AI governance frameworks model explainability data privacy and local compliance requirements.
MNC & Regional Delivery: A proven track record working in Multi-National Corporation (MNC) environments managing complex regional deployments across different geographic timezones.
Deployment Flexibility: Willingness to support implementations during unsociable hours (evenings/weekends) for critical change windows.
