Job Summary
Change Management professional is responsible for planning leading and supporting organizational change initiatives related to operational transformation digitalization process improvements ERP implementations automation restructuring and continuous improvement programs.
Develop and execute change management strategies and plans for manufacturing transformation initiatives.
Drive Change Impact analysis Training Adoption Communication and other Change Management activities
Drive stakeholder engagement activities.
Support leadership alignment and transition during change initiatives.
Experience in change management manufacturing operations transformation programs or project management.
Understanding of manufacturing environments and operational processes.
