Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join Bosch for a fulfilling internship opportunity! This internship will provide valuable hands-on experience in a corporate environment allowing you to contribute to ongoing projects while learning from experienced professionals. As an Intern Human Resources (Digital) you will support the following key tasks in collaboration with experienced team members.
What you will do (Key Responsibilities)
- Develop and maintain meaningful visualizations and reports to track key HR metrics (e.g Microsoft Power BI dashboard)
- Assist in the collecting cleaning and analysis of HR data to identify trends and insights..
- Contribute to the implementation and user testing of digital HR tools and systems.
- Support in review and streamline HR processes to improve efficiency.
- Assist in the creation of presentations and documentation to communicate data-driven insights to HR stakeholders.
- Support the HR team in various digital and data-related projects
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For (Qualifications & Skills)
- Students currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Data Analytics Business Analytics or a related field.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Excel PowerBI or other statistical software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Open-minded proactive and always ready to learn
- For foreign students studying overseas you must be eligible for the Work Holiday Programme
Bonus Points If You Have.
- Experience in HR data analysis or reporting.
- Knowledge of HR processes and systems.
- Experience in working across cultures or regional/global teams
- Have a creative portfolio blog or passion project
