Job Summary

Responsibilities

Onboarding & Employment Administration

  • Support recruitment operational activities such as candidate sourcing coordination and interview arrangements
  • Manage endtoend onboarding processes including contract issuance document verification medical examination coordination work pass processing system setup and logistics.
  • Manage operational support for NonTraditional Source (NTS) workforce including coordination of travel and accommodation where applicable.

Probation Contracts & Exits

  • Manage probation confirmation processes in partnership with line managers.
  • Monitor fixedterm contracts and manage renewals in compliance with local legislation.
  • Ensure effective and compliant offboarding processes including statutory notifications and work pass updates.

HR Data and Reporting

  • Maintain accuracy integrity and governance of HR data across systems including SAP SuccessFactors Sezame and local HRIS.
  • Produce timely HR reporting metrics and dashboards to enable datadriven decisionmaking.
  • Participate in HR / HRIS enhancement projects automation initiatives and process optimization activities.
  • Support internal and external HR audits

Engagement

  • Primary HR contact for assigned work sites.
  • Advise line manager and employee on HR policies & procedures
  • Site engagement (i.e. visit / station at assigned sites) for face-to-face interaction
  • Manage and support employee relations matters (e.g. ER cases PIP cessation retirement issuance and communication for warning cases) and liaison with union
  • Manage and support in the mobilization and demobilization of employees for assigned work sites (e.g. ENGIE CV collaboration effort with other leads for deployment exit or onboarding management of employees).

Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Human Resources/Business Administration or equivalent
  • At least 6 years experience in full spectrum of HR operations
  • Knowledgeable in local employment rules and regulation
  • Ability to understand site operation issues risks practices and workforce challenges
  • Independently manages assigned business sites and HR projects
  • Good interpersonal and consulting skills to interact with multiple stakeholders
