AsaEnd User Computing (EUC) Internyoullget a rare inside view of how a leading professional services firm manages thedevices software and IT servicesthat power its people.Your responsibilities will include:
Support the end-user computing (EUC) asset lifecycle: plan and coordinate device deployments (onboarding) loans refreshes and retirements (offboarding); ensuretimelyupdates and replacements.
Assistwith software packaging testing release and deployment to keep devices current.
Provide IT support: troubleshoot issues and perform software installations and upgrades.
Follow up after incident resolution and fulfill IT service requests.
Collaborate with HR IT Security and Procurement to ensure smooth operations.
Maintainaccurateasset records (status location user assignment).
Help ensure all devicescomply withfirm security policies and standards.
What were looking for:
We welcome curious service-oriented students who are excited to build a career in IT operations infrastructure and end-user technology.
Currently enrolled in a diploma program in IT Computer Science or a related field.
Basic understanding of IT support and end-user device management.
Willingness tolearntroubleshooting software installation and device configuration.
Strong customer service mindset and clear communication skills.
Familiarity with IT asset management principles is a plus.
Awareness of security policies and standards for end-user devices.
Ability to work well in cross-functional teams and handle multiple tasks.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
