GEAESS is our largest site for engine component Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) responsible for more than 60% of our global repair volume.

Role Overview:

• Assist in the planning and execution of Kaizen Events and Trainings

• Support the setup of Flowlines and Andons throught the development of Standard Work Problem Solving and Daily Management

• Conduct shop floor observations and collect key data to identify improvement opportunities

• Track and analyze performance metrics to drive measureable performance

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong communicator who works well independently and engages confidently on the shop floor. Proactive willing to learn and enthusiastic about applying Lean principles to drive measurable improvements

Required Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Mechanical Manufacturing Aerospace or Materials Engineering

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
