GEAESS is our largest site for engine component Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) responsible for more than 60% of our global repair volume.
Role Overview:
Assist in the planning and execution of Kaizen Events and Trainings
Support the setup of Flowlines and Andons throught the development of Standard Work Problem Solving and Daily Management
Conduct shop floor observations and collect key data to identify improvement opportunities
Track and analyze performance metrics to drive measureable performance
Ideal Candidate:
Strong communicator who works well independently and engages confidently on the shop floor. Proactive willing to learn and enthusiastic about applying Lean principles to drive measurable improvements
Required Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Mechanical Manufacturing Aerospace or Materials Engineering
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
