Were looking for a hands-on IT Support Engineer to lead a small team and keep our systems applications and infrastructure running smoothly. Youll be the go-to person for technical issues IT projects and documentation while ensuring end-users get fast reliable support.
Job Description
- Lead and manage a small team providing guidance and support as needed
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware software and networking
- Install and configure hardware and software applications
- Monitor and maintain applications and systems to ensure their smooth functioning
- Collaborate with teams to implement and maintain IT projects
- Document technical procedures user manuals and FAQs
- Provide technical support for any IT-related matters or issues
- Continuously update technical knowledge and skills
- Lead and manage a small team providing guidance and support as needed.
