As a Manufacturing Engineer you are responsible for developing and maintaining methods operating sequences and processes in the fabrication of parts components subassemblies and final work closely with other engineering functions to coordinate the release of product improvements and new products and youll use engineering principles to estimate and reduce manufacturing costs improve product quality determine time standards and make recommendations for tooling and process requirements. Your expertise in lean principles automation and continuous improvement will be instrumental in driving operational excellence and achieving higher levels of productivity and cost-effectiveness. Youll develop and use test procedures evaluate test results and assess work methods procedures and policies to identify root cause issues and solutions that ensure operational success.Role Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate operation team to meet delivery requirements.
Set and review line performance KPI target on a daily weekly and monthly timeframe to meet delivery.
Drive the team to achieve KPIs such as Move CT wafer out and CLIP with clear priority and directions.
Develop and maintain operation dashboards management reports for line performance such as CLIP fulfillment CT Move and Productivity Index.
Co-work with cross functional teams to identify opportunities to improve productivity cycle time throughput and capacity planning (more out of install base)
Drive process standardization simplification remove redundancy to achieve productivity goal.
Lead Continuous improvement projects on waste elimination cost reduction automation and productivity improvement.
Requirements:
Experience in manufacturing semiconductor electronics industrial or related industries preferred.
3 years of experience in Manufacturing Operations Continuous Improvement.
Proven track record of participating in cross-functional improvement initiatives and achieving measurable business results.
Strong Leadership and motivational abilities
Highly driven motivated resourceful with good communication and problem-solving skills
Strong team player
Proficiency in MS Excel PowerPoint and Power BI
