EB Operations Analyst- Corporate Actions

Our Corporate Actions team is responsible for managing all types of mandatory and voluntary Corporate Action events. This role presents an outstanding opportunity to be part of a team that strictly adheres to world-class standards in the finance industry. We offer our services for all instrument types including fixed income securities warrants equities Depositary Receipts and Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs).

As a Corporate Actions Operations Analyst you will be at the forefront of completing flawless processes and ensuring our clients receive outstanding service.

We provide service to:

Handle custody instructions promptly and efficiently

Credit proceeds accurately to client accounts

Collaborate actively with agents to serve clients interests and identify efficient solutions

Continuously improve process efficiency and accuracy

Actively respond to inquiries from the client service team providing clear and detailed information

Conduct cash and securities reconciliation

Candidates with experience in Corporate Actions or a strong understanding of Financial Services and interest in Corporate Actions are preferred.
