Job Description
As Customer Service Executive at NTS Singapore you will manages end-to-end sales order activities and day-to-day customer communication to ensure accurate timely and complete order fulfilment for key customers in a manufacturing / precision engineering environment. The role is the main liaison between customers and internal teams such as Sales Planning Production Logistics Quality and Engineering to secure on-time delivery and a high level of customer satisfaction.
Furthermore your key responsibilities are:
Process and manage customer orders including order verification ERP entry acknowledgements and maintenance of accurate order data
Monitor and coordinate order fulfilment activities including RDD/PDD management shipment schedules and customer delivery commitments
Serve as the primary contact for customer enquiries order updates documentation requests and service-related issues
Build strong customer relationships and provide timely resolution or escalation of order delivery and documentation concerns
Coordinate with Sales Planning Production Logistics Quality and Engineering teams to align customer requirements production schedules shipments and engineering changes
Maintain accurate customer order shipment and backlog records in ERP/CRM systems and ensure document traceability
Prepare and analyze reports on order performance OTIF backlog shipment status and past-due orders for management and customer reviews
Ensure compliance with SOPs support continuous improvement initiatives provide team backup support and perform other assigned duties
Job Requirements
ITE Diploma or Degree in Engineering Supply Chain Business or a related technical discipline
Minimum 35 years of customer service order management quotation or project coordination experience within a manufacturing or precision engineering environment
Strong understanding of engineering drawings manufacturing processes tolerances and engineering change management (ECR/ECO)
Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Effective analytical problem-solving and decision-making abilities
High attention to detail with strong data accuracy and system discipline
Ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams with a continuous improvement mindset
