JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for commercial finance & costing related activities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Involve in reviewing actual performance against forecast. Work with business and operation teams to drive for cost initiatives and control.

Analyzes cost variations such as Purchase Price Variance Revaluation backflush subcontracting RTV and scrap.
Reports on material margin MPV and inventory for the business unit as assigned.
Reviews reports on excesses and obsoletes monthly and quarterly to reduce the inventory risk and claim management.

Involve in new business introduction process by reviewing quote details profitability AR AP and DII.
Work with GBS Team to review and control for AR & AP to improve company cash flow and cash cycle metrics

Ensure timely and accurate month end closing activities and reporting including preparing journal entries balance sheet reconciliation and variance analysis.

Ensure compliance with SOX internal controls regulations accounting policies and procedure.

May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance with at least 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience

KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

- Detail oriented with strong analytical skills.

Good communication and problem-solving skills.

- Manufacturing industry is preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word and PowerPoint) and Power BI.
