Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Program functional analysis based on Sequence of Operation (SOO) and develop function blocks
  • SCADA graphics application interfaces alarms and dashboard to monitor and control utilityservices such as but not limited to Chilled water Air compressors Glycol Steam andThermal Oil Heater.
  • Perform QA/QC for the project deliverables.
  • Development of Control system schematics panel layout drawings control diagramscontrol function blocks write up of systems cable schedule and data point schedule.
  • Conduct and/or Supervise site systems testing and commissioning.
  • Coordinate track and report documentation changes during project execution.
  • Update Application/Programming project progress in timely manner.
  • Support Service team engineers during servicing maintenance and troubleshooting ofexisting control systems.
  • Support senior Engineer for Technical Bill of Materials such as BMS Controllers GatewaysSCADA Licenses from design to project completion.

Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Automation/Building Technology) or equivalent
  • At least 3 years experience in HVAC and BMS in system site installation retroft and maintenance preferably
  • Ability to program and commission BMS and Control System to monitor and regulate various building services including chillers heat exchangers ACMV lighting and power metering etc.
  • Profciency in BACnet protocol including IP and MS/TP Modbus protocol including TCP and RTU and Networking Servers and Client Workstations
  • Knowledge of HVAC Control Applications Building Management Systems and Electrical Power Management Systems
  • Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviour
